This Privacy Policy describes how MrFieldTech ("MrFieldTech," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, web and mobile applications, and related IT and software development services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1. Who We Are

MrFieldTech is a software development business that builds, hosts, and maintains web and mobile applications, both our own products and applications developed on behalf of clients and partners. This Policy applies across all MrFieldTech-operated applications and services unless a specific application provides its own supplemental privacy notice.

This Policy covers information processed by:

  • MrFieldTech websites and marketing pages
  • MrFieldTech-owned web and mobile applications
  • Applications MrFieldTech builds and operates on behalf of clients or partners, except where a client acts as the independent data controller and provides its own policy
  • Our general IT, hosting, and development services

Some applications may have additional terms or supplemental notices. Where a conflict exists, the application-specific notice governs for that application.


3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, username, password, and profile details.
  • Authentication data: when you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google via OAuth 2.0), we receive the information that provider shares, which typically includes your name, email address, and profile identifier.
  • Communications: information you submit through contact forms, support requests, or direct correspondence.
  • Payment information: when you make a purchase, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  • Content: data, files, and other content you create, upload, or store while using the Services.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and timestamps.
  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.

3.3 Information From Third Parties

  • Authentication providers (such as Google) as described above.
  • Analytics and infrastructure providers that support the operation of the Services.

4. Google API Services and Limited Use

When you authenticate or connect using Google OAuth 2.0 or other Google APIs, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only request access to the scopes necessary to provide the requested functionality.
  • We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the relevant features.
  • We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

You may revoke MrFieldTech's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page .


5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Process transactions and deliver requested features
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve performance and reliability

We do not sell personal information.


6. How We Share Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, and authentication vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Clients and partners: for applications we build and operate for a client or partner, that client or partner may have access to data collected through their application as a data controller or joint controller.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MrFieldTech, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.


7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

The Services rely on third-party providers that may process data, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting and deployment providers (such as our hosting and development platform and self-hosted infrastructure)
  • Authentication providers (such as Google OAuth)
  • Payment processing providers

These providers maintain their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality. Where required by law, we will request consent before placing non-essential cookies.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. For client and partner applications, retention may also be governed by our agreement with that client or partner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

State-Specific Rights (United States)

Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California, Colorado, Virginia, and others) may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the rights described above and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Subjects in the EEA/UK

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the rights above and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.


12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not market to or design our Services for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at help@mrfieldtech.com and we will delete it.


13. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.


14. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
